A brand with such a significant history needed to create an environment that reflected its core elements: timeless elegance, high-quality production, and customer focus. Through the collaboration between Rodrigo and AEFFE Lab, a B2C e-commerce platform was born, representing the Rodrigo man and achieving consistent and continuous growth, not only in revenue but also in expanding brand awareness beyond Italian borders.
By carefully tending to every detail of the project, we have created a dynamic and ever-evolving shopping experience. We also handle digital marketing and customer journey to continuously create new opportunities for interaction between the company and its users.
With the launch of the B2B portal, Rodrigo takes another step towards digital transformation, offering innovative content and services to the sales network, integrating the online and offline sales channels.
To meet the market demands and the desire to give a professional touch to the B2B e-commerce, AEFFE Lab has created a virtual space that provides users with valuable support for their orders, speeding up and improving sales.
As for the B2C project, AEFFE Lab aimed to create a unique design with an aesthetic and minimalist graphic choice complemented by large calligraphic text. The color palette is delicate and warm, featuring shades of beige to embrace and not overshadow the brand’s colors.
Product pages are designed to make the user experience as engaging as possible and provide all the necessary information. Vertical scrolling product images create fluidity in navigation.
To maximize results in terms of increasing brand awareness and subsequent conversion rate growth, AEFFE Lab, in collaboration with Rodrigo, has developed a digital marketing strategy through social channels and email marketing.
Additionally, through partnerships with external partners, we conduct photo and video shoots to enhance brand recognition.
Our essential tasks for Rodrigo include creating texts in English and Spanish, hashtag research, expanding the target audience through lead generation efforts, advertising internationally, and implementing an email marketing strategy to communicate with both current and future customers.
We have created a functional, intuitive, and user-friendly website. The design and architecture were carefully crafted to significantly streamline order placement and acquisition. The project has been a success, as the online store, open 24/7, has led to an increase in sales.
The B2B portal is directly accessible from the corporate website. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, including retailers and agents, who can log in. The system has been designed to provide a high level of customization: each user has access to data, features, and a tailored browsing experience, filtered based on their permissions.
After logging in, each retailer selects a destination from their list of shipping addresses, especially if there are multiple retail locations. Similarly, each agent can view the list of their clients, each with various destinations.
Each user, whether a retailer or agent, has visibility only on the brands or product categories they are authorized to sell.
Another feature designed specifically for the needs of the B2B channel is the grid view for quantities/sizes. This mode allows for bulk entry of items, greatly assisting users during data input and consequently expediting order acquisition. All of this is aimed at ensuring better service to retail points and, as a result, to end customers.
